Your mission, attached to the direction of operations, within a team of 5 people, will be dedicated to the processing of customer requests for the use of our software. You will need in this context:
• Receive phone calls and educate customers
• Help users at the first level by soliciting the necessary resources
• Follow customer files from the opening of requests until resolution and closure
• Identify functional improvements desired by users and build knowledge bases of requests
• Diagnose and correct the malfunctions described by users
• Provide preventive maintenance
• Communicate on developments and updates
• Participate in regular recipes of requests and solutions to advance our software
• Centralize, analyze and transmit application improvement needs
• Monitor the outcome of the proposed solution and the resulting customer satisfaction
Education Level: Post graduate with a customer service & technical support degree.
Fluent in english in order to meet international customers:
• Communicate with operational and sales services based in Europe
• Being able to hold a conversation
• Participate in trainings or meetings.
A good command of the computer is essential. A mastery of spelling and syntax is also important. Good technical knowledge in SQL is required. Your interpersonal skills, listening skills and team spirit will be essential assets to succeed in this high-stakes position.
